For anyone that has had a bed extender and needs new brackets, after much searching, I found the OEM ones from a company called Electric Step. The 2 part numbers you need to order are 74614-01A, these are the no drill metal plates that go behind the bed tie down in the rear of the bed and 74608, these are the brackets that bolt onto the 74614 and that the bed extender goes into. If you email Ray at electricstep@gmail.com he is awesome at helping.

Thanks for posting this, @Roman found it and gave me the info and is a huge bonus since I've had my bed extender sitting in the garage for over a year with no brackets.

I found the 74614-01A but it says won't fit 2020 Tundra and for Ford HD trucks? Does the AMP extender come with the 74614s? or do you have to order those as well? I'm looking to buy the more rectangular AMP bed extender and install with "no drill" brackets.

I would call AMP research, they are very helpful. Or you can call electricstep.com they are a huge reseller for AMP and are very helpful as well.

Thanks Chewey, I called both. Got the right p/n for the extender and p/n for the “no drill” bracket. Bought both from Electricstep. Great help from both. Will be installing this weekend.

I called Ray at Electric Step and ordered the above mentioned part numbers 74614-01A and 74608 for my 2017 TRD Tundra. They fit perfectly, here’s some pictures.

I hope this helps others get set up.

I just received the no drill brackets for the AMP research bed extender. The slot hardware seems already riveted to the bracket. But it also came with the Torx screws? Do install with the screws or leave as is? Thanks !

Interesting? Mine came with the torx screws installed as in my picture. I guess I’d go with the rivets which should be adequate. The screws might be a bit more HD but you’d have to drill out all 6 rivets and loctite the screws and nuts. Rivets should be fine. Save the screws in case you change your mind later.

Also have 2017 Tundra. Will these brackets work with both the Toyota bed extender & AMP version in the photos? Thanks.
