    Sorry that is the budget system. Check out his website from dirty deeds. I'm pretty sure without looking at the website that that is just straight piped hooked up to the stock tail pipe. He also makes a budget dump system that just dumps out before the rear axle

    Yup it's pretty much a straight pipe / muffler delete w a helmholts resonator. I ordered one a few weeks ago and awaiting to receive and try it.

    Nope. But I talked to Keith. He's been out of the office, but told me they got the gaskets and expects them to ship on Friday - evidently they only ship once per week.

    I really don't know. I think he expected them to ship, but for some reason the person that was suppposed to see to, didn't get them picked up.

    When I ordered mine after the 30 days is up I got a shipping notification from FedEx. Yet it never moved. I think I got notification on a Thursday but the status never changed until Monday. What I think happens is they make a shipping label at their shop or office, which starts the notifications in motion. But he didn't drop it off till Monday.

    Seriously don trip. It will get to you. I was anxious for my exhaust too, it seems like it took forever but it's worth it!

    I'm composed. I understand how creating a label works and how it triggers tracking ☺. Simply put, the delivery days kept moving; each delay accompanied with an it'll go out today. I have no concerns about the quality nor am I concerned about the man. Just don't say it'll go out today when it won't and follow up with an it'll go out tomorrow when it won't.

    You have options with a shipping account. They can come on set days. They can come everyday. Or they can come only when you schedule them to come.

    I have my account set up so that they come every Friday. But with the systems that didn't make it out last Friday my office manager was supposed to make em ship on Tuesday. But she didn't show up. And I've been on the road.

    Pretty sure all these SS systems have shipped. Whatever didn't will today. Plus all the stuff that has been built his week:)

    It's worth the wait guys, I promise;)

    OK Guys, guess what arrived today? My 10" Stainless Steel muffler. BAM! Definitely nice. Dropped what I was doing and had to install, but took my time since it was 100+ degrees...Got everything installed (yes, I installed the helmholtz resonator too) and took her for a short drive. I have a 300 mile trip tomorrow, so excited to see how she performs now. Seems to have more pep off the line and better peddle response overall...thanks Keith @dirtydeeds!

    Anyone else notice that their exhaust is louder when it's hotter outside? Not sure what causes that or is it in my head?

    The speed of sound changes with temp. I think it could be enough if a change that you could just notice it.

    I like loud as long as no drone. But I don't think the standard budget is that loud from what I have heard. We will see! Maybe it may be too loud for me. Ill report back w my findings.

    Keith said there is no drone w the helmholtz resonator installed. He did say there is a certain rpm w rasp but I don't mind some rasp actually.

    Ok, I wasn't aware the budget dump had a resonator built in.

    Also, does a 295 fit well on the oem spare still be able to be stowed underneath?

    He's getting a standard budget system. Not a budget dump system.

    The standard budget systems don't have much drone unless you tow.

    I ordered the standard budget which is straight pipes that connect to your tailpipe and comes w the helmholts. The one you are thinking of is the dump that doesn't have a tail pipe.

    It looks like a 295 should fit in there.

    So got my 8 inch system today. Install was quick like 45 min or so. Sound is what I was looking for quiet at idle, deep throaty sound when accelerating. Dirty Deeds rocks:thumbsup:
