Is that budget significantly or slightly louder?

Boom!!!! An additional $40 off! Let’s go for 25 orders!!

I think that’s all relative man. I have the 8” and my brother in law has the 6”, I don’t feel like the 6” is much louder. Neither one of us have the resonator installed either...

If I were you, I would buy this system... because if you don’t like it, Keith offers a warranty where he’ll credit you the amount you paid towards a different system.

Any idea what price point the exhaust is at now with/without resonator? Might increase sales...

Last count was 21, so an additional $42 off.

    Stainless with resonator: $458
    Stainless without resonator: $383
    Aluminized with resonator: $358
    Aluminized without resonator: $283

    Is stock aluminized?
    KommieFornia Carb compliant (no muffler)?
Thanks for all the info BTW.

    Lmao at KommieFornia. :rofl::rofl:

@dirtydeeds business is in California, so I’m sure he would be able to answer that question for you. If you got any questions, hit him up. He’s so passionate about Tundra exhausts, so he’s just a fun guy to talk to.

I’m close to going in. Question though. I have three kids, all in car seats and I’ve watched every video between budget/6/8 and i can’t tell if there’s much difference in the in can sound. Has anyone had something other than budget and gone budget? If so, what’s the in cab cruising noise level? What about towing?

    Booom! I love it!

So I have personal experience with both the 6” and the 8”, and honestly don’t hear much difference in terms of loudness. The 8” is a little deeper, and 6” is a little higher pitcher, but a little louder.

I have not heard a budget in person yet though. Keith is going to be your best point of contact with this... with young kids I would definitely make sure you get a resonator to kill the drone.

I might be a little worried about towing though, I know most people tend to go with a 10”-12” when towing because when these smaller mufflers/no mufflers are under load, I think they can get a wee bit obnoxious. But I think that’s all relative to who owns it...

If you have 10 minutes to spare, I would definitely call Keith. He will answer your questions honestly and tell you which system is best.

This system is surprisingly quiet until you really get on it. If you drive easy with your above situation I think you could get away with it:) With helmholtz resonator (included in the kit) especially. Give a call for details. 760-877-4234

It is legal in all 49 states, and legal in the Kountry of Khalifornia. At least according to Karb. But the CVC states otherwise. You must have a muffler in constant operation. So get an officer with time to check and you will have to deal with something. I personally would plead the 5th. But that’s not legal advice;)
