    If your skin is cracking it is probably not due to a deficiency of topical product. I would instead look at it as an inside out problem. Foods that irritate ones particular gut can cause dry cracked skin for example. Possibly salt deficiency is hurting moisture retention. I would look into that avenue too

    Same here….. I use a trimmer at the lowest setting…. Cuts it down to “peach fuzz”….. I’ve been using this for a while…. Works great!

    Trimmer, got a fancy one with its own lil vacuum as present.

    I use Gillette sensitive skin shaving cream on my head. My skin is very sensitive. I cant use the dollar shave ones either. =-(

    LOL. I need to trim my own beard, I just don't trust myself yet. I have someone do it with a #1 all around and it still comes back quick!

    I'm not sure. I drink 1-1.5g of water a day so plenty of hydration.

    Many nutrients needed for skin health aside water :) for example cholesterol for cell walls to stay nice and strong
