Since the LP6's aren't on rebate this year, I'm narrowing it down to a pair of LP9's or a 30" onx6+ bar. I like the auxillary lights but I can't seem to get over the extra lumens that the bar puts out. If I go with the pair of LP9's I think I'll go with two driving/combo ones unless it's better to go with one driving/combo and one spot. I don't need extreme distance as they are mainly for back roads doing less then 60mph. Does the bar give a better light spread in the midfield and nearfield due to the 20w LED's. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

-10% forum discount, then -$50, as long as you buy one of the featured sets.

I went from "I don't need these yet" to "I think I need ditch lights for the front, and dust lights in the rear". :p

Would the S2 Pro then be too much for the dust/chase light application ?

@Erichudgins Apply coupon code BDForums at checkout to receive the forum pricing. Shipping and tax will be added where applicable. After that, subtract whatever rebate applies to the products you're purchasing. This will give you your order total.

Like the LP6, the LP9 has great nearfield and midfield lighting thanks to the IPT technology. You will have more nearfield coverage over a 30" OnX6. For your usage, a set in Driving/Combo would be perfect. One Spot, One Driving/Combo is a great option if you are going higher speeds over 70, 80+

A single S2 Pro is great for a dust light! Running a pair of Pro's is overkill for most users

Hey, what brackets y'all plan to use to attach ditch lights at the front, and follows to the rear? I know most on here buying lights have 3rd gens.

I've figured out that SDHQ doesn't offer brackets for 1st gens (again, no one got love :(). Rago does. I think... Cali does...?

On here, I've read a lot of guys slagging off Rago and willing to pay the significantly higher price for SDHQ, but that's for 3rd gens. Anyone have feedback about the Rago brackets for 2000-2006 Tundras?

I wonder what modification would be required, to fit one on a gen 1. From what I can see on Rago site, everything's smaller, for the gen 1. Almost wonder if Tacoma stuff would work....

@Sunnier the sdhq mount also fits Tacomas. it's kinda universal but confirm with @sdhq_offroad if it fits a gen 1 tundra.

@Baja Designs is it possible to double stack the S2? Would love to have white for ditch lights pointed to the side at about 45 degrees and amber pointed forward mounted on ditch light brackets.

We don't have a mount that allows for double-stacked S2 Series Lights. I believe Rago makes a that would work. The lights won't be stacked, but one next to the other.
