I forgot to mention, flag down my Tundra or the Tacoma for a free TC patch.

    We have a few left

There is a good chance we are going to Hood River, OR later today

Added an Alu-Box from Equipt Expedition Outfitters for extra storage. Plus it functions as a step into the camper. I keep this strapped to the goose gear rear seat delete

A few days ago I took Imogene Pass up from Telluride to Tomboy. The pass was closed at Tomboy. On Friday morning I took Imogene Pass from Ouray just past Upper Camp Bird Mine (~11,500ft). Had lunch and turned back down. Looks like it'll be a few more days before the entire pass is open.

It was a little rough but I'm happy with how the Tundra and Four Wheel Camper handled everything. Check out some pics below:

    UPDATE:

Keeping the Truck & Camper. I will probably retire it from full-time duties while I give the setup some TLC. I need a new rear bumper and some other body work. I was very close to ditching the setup but quickly realized nothing else would be a good replacement.

It will stay with me for a while unless some significant event comes up and I need the $$$

Leaving the DC area on the 14th and will slowly make my way towards Colorado where I have some friends & family that will let me stay there while I upgrade some things.

I’ve been kicking around the Tacoma vs Tundra idea. This thread has made the decision for me, I’m now looking for a Tundra a double Cab. By the time I’m retired I plan to have a similar camper and will hit the road for an extended trip. I can also use it to pull my boat and camp at the lake. The whole setup is what I want.
