Couldn't you drive down across the border, buy a clean used one, then drive back? How would they know?

Possible. But the prices I've seen plus the exhange rate still puts me up around 15k.

Close-up of the 5gal Scepter Water Can in the AT Overland mount. Picked this up from Juniper Overland while they were adding the solar. Added the PVC spigot once I got to SoCal. Nice for filling water bottles, dog bowls, washing hands, rinsing stuff, etc.

    simple and practical

Decided to build a simple cabinet. Wanted additional storage while maintaining access to the electrical below. Might add a few more trim pieces down the road.

Very happy with how it turned out.

Also, I forgot to mention this, I added a passenger-side porch light for additional illumination. You can see it below:

I've had the camper for about 3 months now and I decided I needed something stronger than the factory turnbuckles to secure it to the bed.

The camper is typically secured by turnbuckles that attach to (4) forged eye bolts and aluminum backing plates. Unfortunately, the turnbuckles need to be checked often and can bend or shift under hard impacts. This allows the camper to move slightly in the bed and the turnbuckles to possibly fall off. I've had my camper move twice and the turnbuckles have stayed perfectly tight.

I didn't want to worry about the camper so I reached out to 10/40 Overland in Wildomar, CA to have my camper bolted directly to the bed. This prevents the camper from shifting or moving at all. They installed (4) 3/8" stainless steel bolts and aluminum backing plates. I also kept the factory turnbuckles which makes 8 total attachment points.

This camper isn't going anywhere! Very happy with the work done by 10/40. I highly recommend them if you're an FWC owner or looking to purchase one. They know their stuff.

Decided to redo the interior layout on my Raven Shell. I wanted more seating as well as the ability to stealth camp if I need to. Easier access to the Fridge is a plus :)

Part 2 will add organized storage under the platform

Part 2 of the interior layout is done! Added some storage under the platform. Chairs don't fit perfectly but it's as close as it'll get. Much more organized now :)

how's the solar kit holding up? quite close to pulling the trigger on the same one. not sure if i need 200w or could get by on 100. been looking at jackery 240 to use for recharging camera/laptop/drone batteries. 100w would charge it just fine and handle a fridge. 200w would give me just that bit more of recharging capabilities.

    The setup works great!

I can run my fridge, WeBoost (cell booster), laptop, phone, and camera without issues.

I'm happy I went with the 200W system over 100W. The extra panel is nice for when it's a little overcast and you're not getting direct sunlight. My batteries are at ~12.4V currently and the panels today hit a max charge power of 140W (It's been partly cloudy throughout the day)

    Working great!

Much happier with the new layout. I had a friend meet up with me yesterday and it was very comfortable having the two of us hangout inside and avoid the weather. Glad I switched things up :D
