If I find a camper shell for cheap, I’ll add it to the truck. No RTT plans

A FWC Project M topper will be added down the road (when I have $11k and no debt)

Just got the same fog light kit, kinda surprised to learn that they don’t include the original light brackets with it. Have one of the SDHQ guys looking for a set for me, hopefully he finds a way to get ahold of some.

Yeah, they were intended for vehicles that already have factory fogs. I believe I’ve seen the buckets on Amazon or EBay

or buy a stupid cheap set of factory type fog lights w/ buckets and scrap the lights

Mine are going on a Victory 4x4 bumper, so they need the u-shaped brackets. I got the kit because they had the plug and play adapters. Figured if I don’t wind up needing em, I’ll just try and sell the partial kit sans lights.

Last Clifford post until we hit the road for some adventures. Pretty happy with the minor changes I've done. Now it's time to enjoy the ride

Oil change this morning uncovered the cam tower is leaking a little bit more than I initially thought.

Going in the shop Monday to start the fix. As of now, it should be covered under the warranty. I’m working on the paperwork and should hear more in a day or two.

Just going to get it taken care of and move on. Fingers crossed on the warranty part

Maybe you could find a nice used contractors cap with barn doors? That would be nice as a temporary camper and chance to build it out before your project M.

Can't wait to see you traveling again. It was nice to see that you even got close to me before when you were in PA, I live in Buffalo.

Can't find anything right now but I'm keeping an eye out

Thanks! I'd like to get back that way for a road trip. Most likely won't be until 2021 or 2022

Installed a Garmin Dash Cam Mini tapped into the powered rearview mirror

Found it on Ebay for $80. Used the same mirror tap from my previous Tundra. Pretty happy with how discreet this setup is.

Cheap insurance for anything that might happen down the road

On a positive note, you know everything is done right. Negative side, there goes your mod $$ for the rest of the year. LOL

You're definitely right, Service Pros Automotive in San Marcos, CA did a great job!

Saved quite a bit over the dealer but the lots of $$$ is still gone :bananadead:

Way to go Bailey! Just saw this thread. Welcome back to a Tundra! Nice one too. Great upgrades to make the right "look". I have a nice carpet lined Radiant Red A.R.E. MX for a DC that I just might consider selling if you ever come out this way. I'm becoming more intrigued with RTT camping. I was pretty much a ground tent guy, but since my dog Halle passed, this is an option for me now.

It reuses the factory parts. No change to the lower piece
