Last time I looked he would take an offer...I said 150 he countered with 180....

 

plus tax more than likely...im going to look for it and send him a message ... I wonder if they'll have something similar at the sand show in Costa mesa or at the offroad expo this month

I was able to order this off of Facebook marketplace at a fair price. Guessing eBay’s fees are quite a bit.

It came in today! Jack should be here Thursday.

 

That jack is a beast. I mounted mine as soon as it arrived.

 

Hello fellow CO Tundra enthusiast! Where are you planning to mount this?

I've had the jack riding around in my husky toolbox for like 6 months now (on and off road) and I'd like to put it somewhere more easily accessible. My toolbox is getting pretty beat up with all that weight in there banging around. I'm thinking in the bed, near the tailgate, off to one of the sides.

You need more bed cleats

 

Eight is enough lol. I took the set from my 2013 before I sold it lol. It was also the donor for my drivers side oh shit handle lol.

 

I plan to mount mine towards the passenger side rear of the bed for easy access.

 

This is exactly what I was thinking. You should take a pic and post it once you get it mounted. Let us know how that install goes!

 

Depending on how the bed is used, IMO, it's better to mount up front.

 

Do you plan on having to use it frequently enough to warrant mounting it towards the back?

 

For my use case. I have a diamond back with a bedrack and I don’t daily my truck. Most of the time the bed is full when we travel. So having it towards the tailgate is the best option for me since that’s my only access point to the bed.

 

I daily the truck but hardly ever need all the bed space for anything. I’m prioritizing access to the jack. Having the jack mounted forward in the bed seems like it would be a pain to access. Mounting it near the tailgate makes it a hell of a lot easier for me to load the jack in and out, as needed. I probably won’t keep the jack mounted in there full time, but perhaps I’ll change my mind. I don’t have a bed cover so I don’t want to expose the jack to weather/thieves/my kids full time.

 

Finally got a chance to mount it before our road trip tomorrow. I miss measured but the tool box fit laying on its back. This thing is massive and I don’t look forward to getting it out with the limited space I have.

 

Best place to install it. Easy too get..
