    Nothing.
    Yep, when I was in high school I had a '77 Toyota LB and would receive the JC Witney catalogs in the mail...I remember these things, said they would "scavenge" exhaust and reduce backpressure (as if my 90 HP 20R had any backpressure...) I lusted after one of those but needed every single dollar I had for gas.
