So my passenger side hid won't fire up unless I turn the lights on, unplug the passenger side power and plug it back in. I swapped the ballast, ignitor, and bulb..they all work fine, grounds are good too. It's a morimoto H4 kit with control harness and it's almost a year old set. Does this sound like a bad relay?
