I am not clear how the wiring is supposed to hook up for The Back-up Camera. I know there is a wire near the camera that hooks into the rear light. But what about the wire on the back of the head unit for the backup camera? Does it have to be hooked up also? Any advice is appreciated!

Yes the backup wire does need to be hooked up on an aftermarket head unit. Hopefully you already got it all done already.

I have not hooked it up yet. Do you know where I can tap into the reverse circuit up front in the kick panel? Thanks.

Check for a blue wire in the passenger kick panel. 11 pin plug pin 3. Make sure to use a multimeter to test for the correct wire.

I ended up tapping into the rear back up light harness and sending the signal to the head unit through the red wire on the RCA cable.
