Does anybody know if it is possible to adjust/cancel the grid lines and the audible alarms on the back up camera on 2020 Tundra. They are a nuisance when backing up a trailer plus the red line lands right on the trailer ball.

No help on the lines. Some after market HUs have options on or off.

The audibles are not from the camera, should be from sensors in bumper. You could disconnect I guess.

There is no way to adjust the lines, or turn them off. Toyota says that's the way it is. Unless enough people complain they are not going to do anything about them.

Super annoying, if you actually have to hook a trailer up. This is the major grip I have about my truck also.

My 2020 has a park assist button down at the bottom of the center of dash, below the climate control. I can turn off the park assist to shut the warning sounds off, I turn it off when going through a car wash.
Just gotta remember to turn it back on, I forgot and almost backed up into a bike rack waiting for the beeps that were turn off.
My big complaint is that there is no light on the upper dash to tell you park assist is on or off, I have to bend over and check the bottom of the dash to see if it’s on or not, dumb design.
