Backslider's Sweet Ass 2016 TRD CM Build

Went exploring around Skull Valley today - wish I was the kind of person to get out and get pics going up and over stuff, because some of those trails were pretty steep and rutty. I need to kick my wife and and make her get pics while I drive - she gets nervous anyway and would probably appreciate the chance to escape.

So I should have mentioned this awhile ago, but this condensation was because my VLED switchback DRL/turn signal had come out of it's housing a little. There are two small phillips screws that take the place of the normal housing tabs - I decreased the gap on these screws and reinstalled and have not had any additional problems. The headlights themselves are still air and water tight.

You planning on keeping the roof rack when you add on your bed rack?

 

I asked myself that question and still haven't answered it.. I might just remove the towers and cross rails and reinstall them in the channels when I use them.

I do carry a canoe around quite a bit and am not sure it would work out well without the roof rack..

I can see the dilemma.

Maybe a DIY canoe trailer? Pastor buddy of mine built one for his and his wife's kayak plus storage for various things. Life jackets, poles, oars, etc.

Morimoto D2s 4.0, RGB halos behind Panamera shrouds, sequential switchback LED strip, going to use my VLED switchbacks too.

 

Beautiful truck. That is the exact truck I want.

Your build says you have toytec ultimate? But I thought you had toytec/radflos. Which one is it?

 

It's the Radflo kit with the rear reservoirs. I swear to god that kit used to be labeled "Toytec Ultimate 2.5 Radflo"

I don't, just the front skid. I would love to get the rest eventually.

 

How do you like the Mastercraft CXT tires? Pretty quiet on the road?
