Sounds tempting but I just got mine back on the road but I am not completely done with my install of the Switch Pro RCR Force 12. Any thing on my truck powered by a switch (lights, e-lockers, air compressor, etc.) are not functioning as of yet. The main harness from the power module to the lights is shorter by a few inches. I am just not happy with what I now need to do with the wires based on my current setup. I really hate extending 20 wires a few inches just to get something to work.

I will get over it but only having one arm/hand makes things much slower. Have fun and hopefully next time

 

Do they usually do any night runs at T2S?

Is broken arrow not really that long of a trail, in time or distance?

 

It’s 3 miles. You can take as little as 30-45 minutes or as much as a few hours depending on stops you make to take in the views.

You can bypass Devil’s Staircase coming out if you wish.

Still trying to figure out where I'm going to sleep...

In the bed of truck in a sleeping bag on top of an air pad or on the ground in a sleeping bag on cot in a tent.

I may end up just sleeping inside the cab of the truck, since I'll bring everything but the kitchen sink in the truck if the bed.

 

Have you considered some type of overpriced and complicated overlanding tent setup? Why sleep in a $100 tent on the ground when you can spend several thousand dollars to sleep slightly above it?

 

Don't forget the convenience of having to climb up and down a ladder every time you leave the tent
