What's up dudes! My name is Stefen, born and raised in the Dirty T, but hopefully not living here for much longer. Most know me for the TRD Pro Superwhite CrewMax I've built up, more famously known as TRON Came from TW, originally known there as T4C0CH40S and for the Rectified PreRunner Build. My Tacoma aka RINZLER was Legen....wait for it.....DARY!

For work, I drive around in various types of vehicles, honing in on and practicing all sorts of skills to include: mudding, burnouts, donuts, j-turns, generic Hoonigan things, high speed pursuits, felony stops and so on....all while screaming "La Migra" at the bastards illegally crossing our Borders. I often take for granted how fun my job actually is, but in the end it puts food on the table and I'm happy

 

I'm running 3.0s and the rxt setup in the rear

 

Lots of patience and extra wrap for if and when you f up lol. Took me a couple tries on some of the pieces

Dropping the truck in a bit to get the rear bumper wrapped in black vinyl. Have a mod on the way for the front.

You wrapping the center piece around the radio? That was kind of a pain because you have to tear apart the whole dash

 

So far it's amazing! Haven't really wheeled with them yet, just playing around but it feels great on the road! Wanna get on the dirt and tune them. Probably gonna pick up the rear bump kit too

 

I know opinions are split on the DAP tune but if you didn't know he is making a West Coast tour with stops in Tucson and Phoenix.

 

Yeah. That's the plan. I figured that would be the case. Not sure how to pull it all apart but I'm sure I can figure it out.

 

Love our icon setup. Front is not exactly a stage per se since Icon doesn’t offer it as a bolt in system, but you can ask Joey @sdhq_offroad for “The Komodo” and he’ll know what to do.

Any of you guys going to make it out to the open this weekend?

 

The wife and I had fun last year (other than the POS travel trailer we rented), I even won some lights at the raffle. Still trying to decide if we can make it this year.

Nice man. Just curious if anyone else likes that type of stuff too. I was out there today with some clients from work, always a good time!

 

So before I install all my suspension tomorrow I have an appointment to have my windows tinted.

How dark did y’all go? Would you do anything different? Anyone do a visor strip on the windshield?

 

I didn't do the visor strip because I didn't want to have to redo it everytime the windshield gets chipped. Kind of wish I did. I went pretty dark though. 18% LLumar ATC all around.

 

Are they coming to you or are you taking it some where for the window tint

 

OPEN....? haha I was waiting for more like "open road...etc" lol Golf is boring enough, cant imagine standing around watching someone else do it

15% all the way around is perfect! Also did a 5% strip on the windshield. Pat went like 10% all around but I think its too dark

 

Lol obviously you've never been. It's a giant shit show lol and most don't go for the golf. At least that's how it was when we went before it was called Waste Management

 

Where did you go for it? I want to go darker in the front and do the windshield strip

 

We have a local member on the Arizona Tundras Facebook group who does windshield replacements and he throws in free tint

I have 20% tint all around with 35 on the windshield, id do it the same again.
