    This is a lot closer and more reasonable for a day trip. I do regret converting this from camping to a day trip. I'll definitely camp here.

    I ended up there by mistake the first time I went to T2S and ended up camping two nights. Amazing views and I had the place to myself since it was the middle of the week in October.

    I'd like to get a permit and do Casner Mountain Trail #8 which runs from Sedona up to Woody Mountain just west of EOTW, but a little harder to plan since I'm not local and the permit dates don't align with T2S.

    From what I read, the permits run from mid May to fall and they only allow 22 permits a year. One permit is for 10 vehicles and they might make you combine groups if yours is less than 10?

    Maybe some of the cats in here would want to do it next year.

    I scraped my stock bumper on “Tucson wash” trail and also used the pinch welds as sliders. Bumper was first and sliders were next. The bed side cut and the high clearance haven’t been touched which is awesome, I love a high tucked rear……..
    And I’ve definitely got some use out of the sliders; and can’t recommend bumps outs enough. I kissed two trees on soldiers pass with the bump outs.

    Most times I scrape stuff is when I’m rolling with the smaller more agile 4Runners, but I make it! A guy Scotty, has a built 1st gen sequoia that smashes it with the 4Runners, and makes them look silly.
    I had a lot of fun not worrying about protection on the Sunday run, I kept trying to find off lines and drove where Adam told Anthony not to.
