We just got our first GRC the other day, it's an awesome car. I currently have 13 people waiting on a Circuit edition and only 1 waiting for a Morizo. I believe every dealer will be extremely limited in the amount of Morizo editions they get.

I do not have any inbound. I only have 1 person on each list waiting for those but we very rarely see the long bed/hybrid combo. I think we got maybe 5 or 6 all of last year.

If anyone is interested in a gently used 2023 Hybrid crewmax Limited Windchill Pearl 5.5 bed - send me a PM. Truck is located in the Northeast. I’m looking at a longer 6.5bed.

Hey Everyone - I am just wondering how many years/Months it will take to take delivery of a Hybrid Limited 4X4 with a 6.5 ft bed. Order was placed before Halloween last year.

    Thanks - Dean

nobody is going to be able to reliably answer that. It's the downfall of the Toyota allocation system, could be today, could be never depending on your region and dealer volume. Further complicating it is that dealers don't trade anymore like they used to to find what you want much faster.

it varies from dealer to dealer on how that dealer sits in allocation selection and fulfillment by toyota. it can be a week, month, or 10+ months. there is no static timeline to fill a request.

our original request after 4 months was never filled (unicorn build request of 5.5ft platinum blueprint w/o AQ and RB factory options). so we added the AQ + RB factory package and that request was filled 2 months after switching it. then it took another 3 months for it to be built, then another 3 months to actually drive it off the lot.

Wow . I'm in CT. I figured it being a Hybrid is the reason why it will take forever, but apparently, there's a ton more factors involved. I chose no add packages in hope it would come sooner.

no added factory packages makes it more of a unicorn build. since typically most sell with some kind of factory package.

It's not that we don't want to trade, it's that it's near impossible to trade. In the old days, if I needed a Tacoma, I could call and swap any dealer with any vehicle that we came to agreement on. I would trade a Highlander for a Tacoma for example. Now, you can only trade the exact model or you lose that allocation punch in Toyota's system which means you lose builds down the road. Most of the time, two dealers aren't going to have available units to trade back. On top of that, you have to have permission granted by District Managers to swap things sometimes so it's just not worth the effort any more.

You should look around. I was able to locate 10+ of my build before my dealer was able to sniff the allocation.

yeah a dealer about 100 miles away had multiple allocations in that 10 month window with the exact FIO/PIO options but they would only sell at msrp, the dealer i had to wait 10 months from gave me $4900 off msrp. i had no issue waiting 10 months for that discount :)

I road by my local Toyo dealer. Had a Mesquite 1794 upfront in used cars. Looked online and he wanted $4k over the original sticker with 4k miles. So the steal in still real out there

I think you'd be surprised at what we as dealers have to pay to acquire a used car. For example, I have a used 2022 1794 hybrid here for sale but I own the truck for over original MSRP. It's not like customers are saying "ok, I'll trade my truck in for 20k less than I paid, no problem". We have to pay a fair market value to acquire and keep business moving. Supply and demand.

Not the buyers problem if dealer overpaid for a trade in or purchase. Not the buyers obligation to help a seller out of a bad decision

But you as a customer will bitch and whine cause "I didn't get enough for my trade". It's the line you tote, you pay what you need to in order to acquire a vehicle to resell. If I offer you 15k less than what you paid for your Tundra, are you going to take it? Cause I'll buy it cash right now from you.

Free enterprise. Pay, buy or sell at any price you want. My local dealer has had several used Tundras over MSRP in past year. They ultimately sell in 2-3 months just bas d on when they disappear from the front of the lot
They keep doing it so guess the waiting game works for them.

PRO was a nice looking truck, saw it there when I picked up my MGM 1794. I would have been interested in that one if I was 30 years younger, no kids, no wife etc etc. LOL

I'm 95% sure another PRO Tundra will be available here (not the same one as other day). This one is currently in route to the dealership. It will be an MSRP deal...details posted on first thread. If you are interested, act quickly as the last one sold within an hour. Thanks!!

I have a Wind Chill 1794 hybrid available. It was demo from our regional service rep. It will still be titled as a new car and has around 5,000 miles I believe. I will update the exact mileage when I find out for sure. Details on the first thread.
