Factory USB/AUX jack? Or your cigarette lighter?
if its the cigarette lighters check under driver side kick panel. Labeled "PWR"

I think the AUX/USB is fused with the radio under hood.-- someone correct me if I am wrong please.

My USB port has a mind of its own. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't.

you know what I noticed with that port. Mine was sensitive. Every time I used a cheapo lightning cable for my iphone/ipad it wouldn't work .
I used oem or anker mi-fi certified cables it works great.. slow charge, but great.

The quality of the charger makes zero difference with mine. I've used the original samsung USB, a very expensive wireless holder, other usb's and cigarette lighter 120VAC converters with the original samsung wall plug charger. Fuses are fine but there is only weak intermittent power to the front and back lighter ports and USB ports. Sometimes it's ok for a few minutes after I start the engine. 99.9% of the time I've had one phone charging. A handful of times my son also charged his iPhone at the same time but this was months prior to the onset of problems.
