Must be a Canada safety thing. My 2020 has the DRL off setting but I'm in the US. I have seen other cars from Canada that have weird DRL stuff like yours. :canada:

Wondered why the lights don’t come on with the wipers. I thought all cars with auto on headlights did this.

I know this is an older thread but I'm trying to get a pre-2019 light stalk for my 2022 Sequoia to go back to having an off setting for my lights. I'm in Canada and my Sequoia just has the 3 settings with no off switch (unlike my 2012 that I could turn everything off).

Anyone have the part number for the a 2018 Tundra / Sequoia light stalk with the four setting?

    Thanks

I was looking really hard at that thread. I'm adding some resistors to my turn signal LEDs this week, because although Lasfit does say their 3157's for our trucks "won't" hyperflash, they do hyperflash on the occasion. Part of this I think is the fronts being on all the time (dimmer setting) as part of the daytime running light setup on my AlphaRex headlights. So by adding some resistors up front, that should keep them better off, I think.

Anyway, long story short, I had Auto on/off headlights in my Highlander and loved 'em. For the ~$150 this mod runs for plugging in the better sensor and the different headlight control stalk, it's a pretty innocuous mod that'd make my life easier. Wish I could find the lights stalk cheaper / used somewhere! I looked at LKQ Online but have a hard time sifting their site down to the right part for this in particular.
