Only 100 miles? Lucky! My RZR takes until the first service at 200 or 250. Don't remember which.

    Same here.

That's just the first change for the break in. After that the intervals are pretty lengthy and it's basic on all the non turbos. Can't speak for the others.

Yeah that's what I remember. I hit the hours before the miles on mine for the break in period.
I think if I remember correctly, it basically only needs an oil change after a whole bunch of hours and then a whole bunch more. Compared to other makes they require a bunch more than oil changes and more frequent as well.

I just randomly change the oils and filter every few months, new belt once a year, and my 2019 X3 is about to reach 5000 miles and has been cherry. Rotax is life :D

Lmao. No clue. :confused:I don't follow anything like that. I just bought the machine that fit my needs and had nearby support. I have zero loyalty or preference on them. They're all asskickers that'll do more than I need. :bikewhoops:

Fun ride today, 47 water crossings and then jumped across to Arizona and found this flag on this cliff.

Picked up my custom cage for my KRX yesterday. I will be working today to get it installed and everything changed over. JI Fab did a great job on it. Should be much safer than the flimsy factory cages manufacturer put on UTVs. Not to mention better looking.

I'll post up more pics once it's mounted and all of the accessories are switched over.

The new cage is installed and all of the accessories have been changed over.

New cage is 1.75" .120 wall DOM. It's one inch lower in the front and four inches lower in the back and looks great. 20220403_130742.jpg 20220403_130636.jpg 20220403_130718.jpg 20220403_130933.jpg 20220403_130937.jpg

    Thanks

I am more and more impressed with it every time we take it out. It won't win any races but climbs like a billy goat, rides great, and has tons of room.

You'd be surprised! I was at the Ultra4 race in Moab this weekend and what appeared to be a 100% stock (besides comms and a spare tire carrier) KRX won the UTV stock class. The window nets were velcro'd to a stock cage, all stock suspension, even stock springs on the shocks. It was literally as stock as you could possibly have it, and it won and looked totally unbeat after 20 miles of rock racing.

I guess what I should have said is that it won't win any drag races.

IMO the suspension, beefyness, and interior room is what sets the KRX apart. The suspension design will allow faster speeds in the chop and rough terrain. This makes up for the lack of acceleration in distance and rock races.

My buddies stock XP1000 will outrun my KRX in a drag race but I can climb things with ease that he struggles with.
