I had the same exact issue on that side with my 21' 1794 that had the chrome bumper end caps originally. When I switched them out to the painted plastic ones it was still there, but I was able to adjust/level the bumper before I put it completely back together. It's been a while since I replaced them and I can't remember which part I adjusted to fix it, but I do remember it wasn't hard.

Well, I went to the dealership today and got my front windows tinted and my black badge overlays and while I was there I asked them about it… The body shop said this isn’t the first one they fixed. They’ll be adjusting mine next wk most likely. He was guessing they’re just in a hurry getting trucks out the door.

Can't beat them fixing it for you. They need to check the assembly line worker's eyes that finishes that part. And everyone else that sees it after that.

Sure! It looks like they charged the warranty dept 2.0hrs of R&I labor. It wasn’t perfect, but I’m good with how it looks now. Now I need to buy and have my TRD Pro Grille put on.

Thanks, I'm debating to live with it or not. I'm not sure I woulda ever noticed if you hadn't posted. I usually catch things like this but hadn't. Probably would have been a day where I was sitting in the garage drinking a beer and staring at the truck. Then the ol' head tilt WTF moment would of came Lol. Whats the R&I mean on the work order?

Yeah, it was a surprise to me for sure when it caught my eye. The R&I stands for “Remove and Install”.

Got my 2.5” Level done this week and put on my new TRD Pro Wheels and 35/12.5 Nitto Grapplers. It’s a whole new truck!

Did you have to do the BMC for that? Any wheel spacers? Looks great, Definitely looks like a whole new truck!

I’m sorry, I’m not sure what BMC means… ‍♂️. I did put on Spidertrax spacers. I think they were 1.25 or 1.5.

Body mount chop. I’m not sure exactly what size requires it but that’s the first big place the tires will rub when you go bigger. Cool thanks for the info. Truck looks great. Makes mine look weak lol.

Aha! Thx for educating me on BMC. Looked it up on YouTube and makes sent now. I’m rubbing on the front plastic and also the mud flaps. I’ll probably have to remove the front mud flaps or reshape them with a heatgun. I’ll need to use a heatgun on the front plastic too. I’ll let you know if a BMC is needed or not after I do those mods.

I hope you folks don't mind me tagging in with my Army Green CM Limited purchased in April sticker around 49k plus the dealer crap and taxes put me around 52k. I call it the Limited Limited as it doesn't have much other than leather interior and an upgraded BL sound system and I do like the color.
So far I have added a rear sway bar, Westin Thrasher running boards, driver side door hand grip, center console half safe, Husky floor liners, Leer 100XQ cap, and a bed rug. So far i have enjoyed the site and have learned much from the postings and hopefully i can be of help to someone else through my experiences.

Put a Tyger tri fold cover on. Couldn’t decide what to do for a bed cover so I’m throwing this on until I make my mind up.
Took the truck to KY to hit the Bourbon Trail. With the 35s I got about 15 to the gallon on the highway I think. I wasn’t super disappointed I remember that much :)

Is that the factory height and lift still? It looks like it, but my eyes are kinda making me think otherwise.
