    @14burrito can these be removed and replaced at will? For example I had to remove the splash guards to run my rear pod wiring. Id like to still have access behind the splash guard if needed for future mods...

    Would you consider the OE guards easy to remove?

    They are installed just as the factory guards are so the ease of removal is the same.

    It will also depend on how you plan to mount the portion over the coil bucket, obviously drilling with push tabs will be "easier" to remove/install over the single use double sided tape method.

    I had to take them off 2 weekends ago to grease my upper arm bushings. Im using the double sided tape mounting variant. Took me an extra minute to remove the old tape.

    That is weird, I did not see this post when it first posted. Well that sucks since the S2’s were just added a few weeks ago. If I have to disassemble to add it on then I would have to do the same to take it off for any work in that area. Maybe something like a ‘C’ shaped cut out to cover behind the coil bucket? Just thinking out loud. Bummer

    Yeah they’re pretty easy. I use a forked trim tool with a fulcrum built in. The OE tabs are like these hollow tabs that have some play. The new tabs look like they have fins that lock with pressure and was wondering if they we’re harder to remove or if they permanently deform.
    Sounds like they’re removable and replaceable. I’d drill the holes.

    FWIW, I have used the same (new provided clips from Ark) for about 3 or 4 install/removals lol still holding just fine.

    and my tool of choice was like a 12mm open ended wrench, the type you get when purchasing and assembling Ikea furniture lol
