Yes, Finally! You gotta start a thread once you get them in and tested. I will be ordering a rear set once public.

Where did you order from and how much was it? It is exciting that there is an option other than ARB air locker.

These guys are going to sell a ton of Eaton e-lockers for Tundras once word is out on this site.

That is not the correct number, like i said... they DO NOT have anything on their site yet. Who? Harrop Engineering in Australia which is who I ordered from and the only place with stock at the time. Then I tried getting a group buy together for my local club and when they asked how many I was told they did not have that much stock on hand. Then they said they wanted to wait until after the announcement at SEMA. At this point I have no clue if I will get a group buy or not.

I just filled out the enquiry form. If supply is limited I want to get in the front of the line.

That's effin cool! So nice to have another option. All I need is 1 little problem with my locker and it's gonna be outta there. I'd waaaay rather have an E locker. Injecting high pressure air into my differential has always seemed like a bad idea.

Nice Tony! Been waiting for this. Had Eaton E Lockers front and rear on an H3, never any issue, just worked.

I completed my Thermal Break In period and started the 500 mile period. This should be done by early next week then I can push the skinny pedal and check out the lockers!

I also received an E-mail from Harrop late yesterday and unfortunately I will not be doing a Group Buy since they want all of their product to go through Eaton's distributor. This is a pic of the E-mail I received

I got a similar response about needing to go through Eaton. Where's the part about Cruiser Brothers?

For everyone getting 2, are you worried about damage to your front end when locked? IFS has been known to blow up under certain conditions while locked. Especially with larger tires, heavier trucks and extended travel suspension.

Of course these become available right after I get an ARB installed in my truck.

Good catch and my bad. I have literally 30+ E-mails with them. There is a company called Cruiser Brothers (In Cali I believe) and they have a distributor where they get their Harrop products from. There is a place in Ohio (I believe it was Dayton @KevinK) that Harrop has worked out an agreement (contract??) to have them distribute and be the primary distribution for Harrop. When is it going to be up and ready? Apparently by Q1 2020 since they state they will have production quantities by then.

I went back and updated the incorrect post, thanks for bringing that to my attention.

Used cautiously they are fine in the front. Just don’t treat it like a Jeep on one tons in boulder crawling situations and you’ll be fine. a front locker on IFS should be used sparingly just to get you past whatever little 5 foot section has you hung up. And not under high articulation or steering angle for very long. The most common break is when some dumbass just hammers the throttle and gets bounce in the front end. The sudden traction from free spin is what shatters dreams.

Hey Kevin, I tagged you because I am trying to figure out where Harrop is having a "shop set up" in I Dayton, Ohio. Any word of that up there in your neck of the woods?

Eaton is based in Ohio, is that what you were thinking of or is there a 4x4 distributor that you are trying to identify.
BTW, Cruiser Brothers are in contact with Harrop trying to lock down when the parts will be available.

I am not trying to identify anything, simply passing on the info I know. I have no reason to keep contacting them almost everyday like I had for the past 6 months. They told me in E-mail that they are in process of setting up in Dayton, Ohio

They are in Ohio, they are checking on inventory (incoming) and said they have an elocker they've been installing in the fronts for awhile now.

Damn. That blows. I just ordered another seal housing kit cause there is another hole in the line that crosses over the ring gear. Personally I think that has to be the dumbest design there is. Some company made a set of custom brackets to hold the line on a rd128 that solves the issue of the line bouncing into the ring gear. This is the second time I’m dealing with this from two separate shops doing the install. I am going to replace it myself in the rear. But now that there is another option that looks to be legit I might have to change it out. Damn. There goes another couple grand. I attached a pic of the rd 128 with the brackets. Of course nobody makes the brackets for ours. A different shop wants 1300 to fix both leaks in the front and the rear. 495 for the rear and 795 for the front. 2A88E607-B504-42A4-BE20-F8F7224D61D1.jpg

I was hoping it was the same problem I had with the arb in my jeep, a gasket or o ring went out on the compressor and would cycle pretty much all the time when the lockers were engaged. I do like that ARB makes the compressor serviceable. Darn sounds like yours is a different issue. Good luck to you
