    Not many yet, mostly stock.
It’s not the stamped bed side Sir. it’s the TRD 4X4 package on my DC
When I bought this truck it actually came with the original window sticker calling out the options.
Found it with the booklets in the glove box, I got lucky and sets of keys an fobs

    1A96BEC2-D111-4A74-8F59-9DD069310405.jpg

I watch this site for parts and now and then there’s a stamped bed for sale.

Nice! I was under the impression the “tundra” logo on the front of the bed was exclusive to TRD pro

I believe that's just the factory spray bedliner with the tundra stamp, that's what I was told when I picked one without it and got a line-x spray instead.

Great discussion over which is better. I personally went with the D/C because of the longer bed, and the aesthetics of the D/C, which i personally think looks much better. Its all good in the end, and what fits your families needs should be the most important part of your decision. They're all good.

I have four daughters and when they were young I had a '95 Chevy Z71 extended cab and then a '99 Z71 extended cab. I thought I had won the lottery with the '99 because one side of the extended cab opened...lol.

The interior of my Double Cab smokes both of them and we got by just fine.

Cement is a great color. Very versatile. Looks okay with chrome, great with blackout, and can pull off just about any wheel you might think about trying. Solid choice!

No regrets here! I think the double cab has plenty of space in the backseat, although I do not have children, so that makes a difference I guess. Maybe if I had a hubby and kids and needed more space I would have a difference in opinion, but even then I think the space is fine. Then again if I had a hubby he could own a truck and then I could be back in a Highlander!

I think the decision has to be yours, since only you will know how much space you need in the bed vs the back seat.

That's a good question. Based on the number of CM trucks on dealer lots and such, I would bet CM is the more common purchase, but I don't know how much more common it really is. It kind of makes sense that CM would sell more, because most buyers of vehicles in general aren't needing a truck 100% of the time so a bigger cab would have a broader appeal. Now you have me wanting to google stuff. lol

Well it’s not a fair comparison since only sr5 and limited have DC option.

They've shuffled that around through the years. SR has DC too. And they have Pros that are DC now too.

Could you possibly measure from ground to top of roof for me if you get a chance at some point. If not, no biggie. I have some clearance issues with my garage and would really like to do the suspension & wheel/tire size that you did. I cant bring myself to park out on the dirt driveway underneath the pine trees.

Regretted my crewmax new Raptor bed about every day for 9 months until I traded it for a Double cab. The short bed on the crewmax is a deal breaker. Also zero people sat in the back seats of the Raptor. Never even flipped down the seats.

Single Income Three Kids here! :benchpress:My wife quit a fantastic career at Vanderbilt Univ. Medical Center when we had our first boy. 8 years and two more boys later, and we wouldn’t change a single thing. Everything I do to bring money into our home is to support the home life that my wife so wonderfully makes for all of us. Also, someone’s gotta have kids to grow up and pay into social security when you retire.

Haven’t bought a Tundra yet. Still waiting for the recording industry to get back on its feet. I have had a few dates in the last couple weeks as Tennessee slowly reopens, and it looks promising.

I don’t necessarily need the extra 1’ of bed space for work. I’ll probably get a CM because we’ll have enough room for our dog to ride in the cab with us. Also, I can’t wait to see the look on my boys’ faces when I roll that back window down for the first time. :eek2::eek2::eek2:

It's all about needs. Plenty of room for the dogs and gear in the bed.
