If so, how did it go/holdup?

Doing it sucked balls. Mine held up pretty good for over a year until I sold my wheels. It was just too difficult to keep clean though. I wouldn't do it again. Selling my wheels and buying new ones was the way to go.

Can you elaborate on keeping clean? Brake dust, mud? Did you need to scrub it off?

Plastidip is a little rubbery and crap gets on it pretty easily and stains it. Then it's kinda hard to wipe off.

Just did my grill to delete the chrome for now. I would say try it and see if you like it. If you're going to buy rims anyway what is there to lose. Probably need 1 can per wheel. I use 303 to wipe the grill down. Watch a couple videos for technic. Apply wet coats will give you the smoothest texture.20170730_115956-1.jpg

Looks good. I see you also did your front bumper end caps with sensors. I assume you removed the end caps and sensors and fogs to dip? How did that go? I have a Black Limited too.

Pulled the grill, hood bulge and the pieces above the caps below the headlights. Taped off everything else. Sprayed it then model exacto knife edges then removed tape. It was easy. Prep took the longest and waiting to do the next coat..and the next..and the next. Did like 7 solid coats.

Yes it will hold up for a while you can wash it and the whole nine as long as you don't hit any curbs ...
