    it sits next to my battery and the wire that comes off it broke off somewhere. My 2000 3.4 now runs like crap and stalls. Any help is appreciated.

    IIts a square relay holder with the words 30 amp F/L on the top. plastic case attached to my positive post on my battery with a loomed 2 ft wire coming off the bottom of it that broke off somewhere.

    @lazerbusa1300 I'm assuming this is the pic? From a thread on TS. Only thing I can find in the service manual shows a 30a fuse to white/red ignition but that should be in the fuse box.

    yes, the issue I have is the smaller loomed wire (just to the left of the larger pos cable) has broken off somewhere. Since then the truck runs erratic and idles down until it stalls after only 10 minutes. If i knew where this "hot" wire went to, I believe it would solve mu problem

    @Tundra2 may be more help since he also has the V6. I'll take a quick look at mine when I get home but I don't think the V8 looks like that.
