All I need is you to have is a drivers license, pass the pee test, and field experience. I cant find anyone with experience willing to start at only $30 an hour I am approved to start people at here in the deep south. Trades, equipment repair, ect are dying for people. I was talking with a friend that pours concrete and he has people stop and offer his crews double to walk off his job and come on with them.
