Use the lights I linked above, they just use the license plate bolt holes instead.

While I was chatting with him he at first said that it did. So I questioned it and asked for pictures of the lights as the website does not have any. He then came back and said that it did not come with lights for the plates.

I am the same way, I don't want to have to drill into something that I just paid like $500 plus for to end up with rust.

I looked at these lights, but don't think that they have enough light to be plate lights. I could not find a picture with them installed.

I tied it into my reverse lights. All depends on what you want to do really.

There is a little bit of a gap. Like you said not too noticeable on the black. Doesn't really bother me, but maybe one day I might put a strip of something there.

Regarding the lights, it does come with them. I did not install this though. So just to be clear I am repeating this next part. My installer was telling me that the directions have you use the license plate holes. They didn't like having to take off the lights to take off the license plate so they drilled holes for me. I was OK with it.

Hopefully that helps. I can take more pictures once I get a chance and post them for you all.

I have them on my other truck, I will snap a picture tonight. They have enough to where you can see the license plate.

That should be plenty of light for plates. The gap doesn't bother me that much. Think I may have found my new bumper.

Just to be clear bumper DOES come with lights that are designed to fit in license plate holes?

It looks like it has the sensors in the bumper. What does the BSM use for info?

@Dilsky mine doesn't have the sensors. It comes with rubber plugs in the holes.

FYI this bumper isn't available until 4/11. Talked with Rough Country and it's either back ordered or they are building more but they will not ship until at least 4/11/19

What’s the weight of the bumper, anyone know?
I think this has to be the best looking rear bumper yet after Pelfrey went under.

I have this rear bumper ordered it back in July and barley got it week of Sept 20th it doea come with LED screw in lights for the license plate. However there seems to be an issue when it rains that the LEDs will stop working. I had to contact rough country & send them photos and they are sending me a replacement. I’m going to apply some clear silicone so I wont come across the same issues. There is a gap which bothers me so purchased some black plasti dip & got a reverse LED light bar to put in that area. Need to work on doing that.

Installation was pretty straightforward. LED lights, mounted through the license bolts are garbage. I had a hell of a time splicing them into the factory plate light wires as the wires are hair thin. Its only a matter of time when they fail....too bad they didn't cut out a place to install the factory lights. If anybody finds a good alternative, please post!

Make sure they send your replacements to the right address these idiots sent mine to the wrong address. So now have to way longer for them to send another pair. Sucks I’ve been avoiding driving at night because I don’t want to get pulled over.

Finally got in my new set and i can see how they messed up. There’s nothing covering the LED light part you definitely need to put some silicone. I might have to look for something else they seemed to be already coming apart when screwing it in.

Hey guys, I'm talking to a guy here in Henderson, NV about purchasing the rough country led bumper and cutting a piece and replacing it with thin sheet metal or cover to replicate what the ICI Magnum does to keep the BSM/RCTA sensor capability. any thoughts?
