    Not really.

With my soft topper-14, without 13.5.

Most likely the difference is warmer weather.

My v-6 Tacoma gets 17. @ 75mph. I don't want to get to worked up over mpg's. It is what it is.

Maybe 1, 1.5 when I had mine. Lot's of things have changed since then. Wouldn't make a difference now...

My 2013 came with a retractable cover installed/paid for by dealer as a part of the package...got 15.5 mpg avg with it over 60k miles. I have a 2018 with no cover on it and I get 15.5 mpg with over 10k on it. No change. Do miss being able to put things in the bed and have them covered though.

OK. Thanks for the responses. The manufactures claim a 10% increase in fuel efficiency.

That about what mine went up with the MX4. The difference is real and measurable contrary to what some may say but I guess YMMV! lol

Yeah, I don’t even pay attention to gas mileage on my truck. When the needles goes to the E, it’s time to fill her up.

I have a cover and running 35s but don’t expect great gas mileage

So many gas mileage threads here. The 5.7 4x4 Tundra gets around 15 mpg average. There's nothing you can do to increase the mpg with the same driving habits. You can only make it worse. You can try ethanol free fuel but even then I doubt you will notice a real difference.

The Consumer Report was interesting. They note a decrease in mileage rather than an increase. Also a decrease in mileage with tailgate down. Surprising.
