I was sleepy when I saw it and I was like "WHOA" but this way is much better. Do you think you'll be selling the system with the option for the user to choose their own compressor?

We wanted too but the clearances are so tight that we just can't make it user friendly. It took 3 revisions to the driver side header to make it serviceable without pulling the motor and we're taking 1/4"s.

WOW! That's a tight fit! Off the shelf are you thinking its something around a 7-9 PSI kit with stock internals? With a piggyback FMU?

PSI is relative to life and reliability to the engine. 7-9 psi is what bolt on kits are running at, manufactures and customers find that to be a happy medium between performance and longevity of the engine. The engine and transmission in this Tundra have both been built to handle a lot more than that. When we asked the customer what his end goal was he pointed to a Ford Raptor and said I want to beat that, we said done.

Nice. I'd like to build my bottom end up before strapping on a kit like this. Id just hate to bolt it on knowing I'd eventually build the motor. This is definitely on my list depending on what I decide to do ( still haven't scrapped the S/C build )

On your passenger side manifold are you doing anything special in the collector to prevent exhaust reversion between unequal length primary tubes or are they close enough that it's not a major problem?

We don't anticipate that being a problem, it also boils down to logistics. The placement of the turbos and that we wanted each one to be feed by its own header didn't give us much room to make them exactly the same length but there close enough...

Same here. One turbo car is enough for me. On this it will get EXPENSIVE fast.

Can that intercooler handle both turbos in terms of CFM? It sure looks small and i have a bigger IC on a Mitsu 18G 7CM turbo, which is tiny compared to the two.
