That’s quite a few hours away, but I really liked this mechanic. His motto is not selling people stuff they don’t need.

I’m in Napa and my buddy Dave Gunning from MacVitie Auto could take care of you. He is honest, truthful, and will let you know if something is not needed. Worked on my 2003 Sequoia for 6 years until I traded it in for my 2010 CM Platinum. He won’t do you wrong.

    Bump anyone?

Both of the recommendation I got. They both seem like flakes . When they say I'll call you back the next day and never do. Or when you call them back, they say call you back in ten minutes and never do, wouldn't really want them working on my truck if they cant even be reliable to call back

That is a question hard to answer since each issue taken care of would be a different price. You can always call and ask for an estimate of a certain jobs price. Like I said he has always been honest and even twice I asked for him to do something even though I'm a long ways from being a mechanic, and he said we should wait on those things because they weren't needed right now he would just keep an eye on them. How many mechanics do that? Just give him a call.

LOL, like I stated, I haven't done business with him or anyone mechanic wise out here in Nor Kal... I've dealt with a few people out here which are cool, but coming from So Cal, I believe I have better luck doing drug deals in LA (not speaking from experience) than asking for assistance and mechanics up here.. from my experience..
