Any news on 2025 Tundra ?

It seems like a few of the Tundra colors appear to change colors depending on light. I have the lunar rock which looks gray in lower light, but then a colgate toothpaste green if it's bright out.

 

MBM has a blue tint in the sun from the blue metal flecks. But mostly it is just dirty looking

 

I have seen trucks totaled out for their complicated paint.

She looks black then she looks brown - mostly looks dirty. Something about it though....



Mesquite was only available on 1794 trims for years, might start seeing more now that we have access to it...

 

Never thought I would like a brown colored truck, but when I first saw the truck I bought I wanted it. It sat at the dealer for about 2 and a half months before I came in and bought it. But everyone that has seen the truck love the color, so that’s definitely a plus! It’s just way different and the metallic paint really pops when it is clean. I park in the driveway all the time so it hasn’t been clean once since the day I bought it I had about 100 mile drive home and it rained the whole time. But one day I’ll get around to it! I do hope the color stays somewhat rare as I like knowing I’m the only one around my town with this color tundra!

 

I had a rootbeer colored Element. It was easy to find in the Costco parking lot!

 

The new Chevy S10 is now diesel with a whopping output of 200 and some HP and is being made in Brazil!!

 

I predict the only change for 2025 will be another increase in MSRP, and a new TRD Pro color that no one wants.

 

I heard through reliable sources that its gonna be hot pink.

 

A super special rare color that is exclusive to that model…..until they’ve sold enough of the TRD Pros, and will then make it available on the next years SR trim.

I saw your avatar. I adopted a floppy eared 2 year old female Doberman last fall. How old is yours?

 

He would have been 11 today as a matter of fact. Unfortunately he died last March after a two year battle with Osteosarcoma. If you notice in the pic his tongue is hanging out because most of his lower jaw was removed to rid the tumor. He was a trooper through it all.
We have another floppy eared red dobe that will be 10 this October. Love the breed. Great dogs.

I hope we get mud bath or bronze oxide for 2025 in SR5 trims. Mud bath might be trd pro color but hopefully bronze oxide is added for normal color.

 

Yep. Even the 14-24 4Runner is the same. I love my 2020 Double Cab, V8, power sliding window, and rear AC. You will never get me in a 3rd gen.

 

It's not on the engine recall list... yet.

 

If the 2025 Sequoia came to with a refresh layout for how the batteries are stacked in the rear so everything was flat, I think the Sequoia would be a contending Tahoe killer.

Agree with the others saying the truck has probably 7 years (2029) before you see a 3.5 (refreshed) version. Based on a long history of how Toyota goes about these things, I doubt the powerplant will ever change with this generation.

 

The rear bumper treatment that the new Tacoma has would be a nice upgrade to the current Tundra. My pops just got one and it looks similar to the 2.5 gen tundra in design.

 

seems as though mud bath could be the “special” color. Better yet is the new old colorway, underground, which replaces mgm.

 

That Terra color is just plain ugly

 

In 15 years TRD Pro trucks that survive in Terra will have nearly perfect paint.

Because the owners will have done vinyl wraps to all of them to cover up the diarrhea shit brown color.

I swear that Terra is the same as Red Brick that was on the FJ Cruisers. I saw a Terra 4Runner once and that’s what I immediately thought of.

 

I’ve been saying this, and that was a horrible color too. Definitely a fumble on Toyotas part with that especially considering the build up to the new models

 

I think it was a failed attempt to bring back the Terra cotta paint code from the 80s/90s

 

People that buy Terra are no doubt the dumbest of dumb. The original village idiot lived in Terra town.

 

I can attest to this. On cloudy days people think I have a Black Truck. It's only on bright sunny days that people think I have a blue truck.

"WOULD THE BLACK TRUCK PLEASE MOVE TO LANE 43!" - BC Ferries yelling at me when I got confused about which lane to get in on a cloudy day. I didn't clue in for a while. Oops.
