2017 Tundra Sr5 5.7 Double Cab 4x4

My Tundra doesn’t have entune, had I known that, I would have paid extra to get it,,,
Since Toyota is upgrading their navigation & music software to be compatible with Apple android & google, does this affect our navigation and music options as well? Or only new models with entune?!
