I'm interested in picking up a TRD Pro grille and bulge for my 16. However I want to be able to sell my OEM to make back some money even if it's just a little bit.

Most of the ads I see don't look as though many people are buying OEM.

Last thing I want is to have to store a grille and bulge for years.

    Thoughts?

I sold mine in 2 weeks. It'll sell..some people wreck trucks and want to fix it themselves opposed to going through insurance.

Have to remember most tundras come stock with the grille you'll be trying to sell. Sean has a limited edition tundra so he was able to sell his to someone looking to upgrade to a limited look. Not too many people looking to downgrade the look.

Put it on Craig's list for $50/OBO and cut your "loss".

OK, $125/OBO. Then wait a month and put it to $95/OBO, wait another month and put it to $75/OBO. I watch this same thing happen everyday on Craig's. Hard to sell used OEM stuff that everyone is getting rid of. (like factory rims/tires)

Just going to leave this here. Sell it for whatever you want. It's your money, but I figured this would start as a guideline for u.

That grille has "provenance" and should bring a fair price.

Example: You have a rare Ken Griffey rookie card that you think is in very, very good condition. Beckett's card guide says it's worth $300. You won't get $300 because it has no "provenance". It is not officially graded. If you spend $12 to get it officially graded, you may actually be able to get $300. After grading, it may be near mint or mint! Worth even more. Not graded, maybe $100. Same thing for comics. A "like new grille in box" off the truck with pic it came from gives it some provenance, unlike a solo generic pic on Craig's . IE: Better chance to get a fair price for the grille.

I put my 14 SR5 grill on some forums, CL, and EBay. It sold on eBay in a few days. However that was when @Roman hooked me up with the Pro grill while it was still hot off the press. At that time people weren't selling their stock grills. Now they are for sale all over. I saw a guy on TT offering his for free. Supply vs. Demand. With that being said keep it posted, someone needing it will find it.

Geeze, I wish you lived on the left coast.
