It's a great upgrade. Another high ROI like OEM LED headlights, imo.

If you have a center console organizer, keep your stock module in there along with a trim tool. My first one lasted 2 weeks, maybe 3. Company was great about sending a new one right away. There was definitely a time zone difference between emailing back and forth, but I think the replacement shipped 2-3 days after I began the process and I had it within 7-10 days afterwards. My "replacement" has been flawless for over a year now. I still keep the stock module in the console just in case since swapping back fixes the issue of the broken/defective one, and it's very simple to do. Though it seems like the company figured it out as most folks who have purchased these after June/July 2022 have not had an issue with theirs. Enjoy!

The precautionary tales here mean I keep my OEM in the vehicle with a trim tool handy too, but it's a small enough box for peace of mind!

They warrantied my main switch without a problem back in March or April. Customer service appears to be really good and responsive. I have not had a issue with the second main switch so far. Due to the customer service, quick response and warranty, I am satisfied with the product so far. I to keep the old main switch in the middle console just in case. Don't want to get stuck with the windows down in the rain. LoL

Is this the same as the High Flying one on Amazon? I’d rather deal with them and order there. Thanks!

I think my master is going kaput. Tried to roll my passenger side down from the master switch and nothing (the child protection was off). Also tried to roll it down from the passenger side, and nothing. Tried rolling down my driver side rear, nothing. If I try at random times, it'll either work or not. Bummer.

You have the old version or the new updated one? I have the 3W Liner one but always open other options in the future.

I see you bought yours over a year ago, like May of 2022? Going by the thread history here anyway, just a guess.

They updated it in like, September or October. The reviews all turn positive for longevity after that, looks like it was a faulty line of resistors or such and they switched to a different one, and other users report being able to get the new one from the seller.

I bought one of the updated ones about 6 months ago and it's still working nicely and consistently for me. I still, however, keep a screwdriver and trim tool along with the OEM switches in my glove box. Just in case!

Right? I like mine enough where even if I have to pick up another every 2 years I own the truck, it's just inexpensive enough to not mind it. Math works out to $1.60 a month. I'll just skip an avocado toast one day every other month or something.

Question for you guys with this. How easy is it to roll the window down a hair? I crack all my windows when I park and don't like having them roll too far.

I know this may seem dumb, but my wife's Ford has auto up/down for the driver window and it infuriates me that I can do small adjustments without it trying to engage the auto to go all the way up or down.

Real easy. If you mash the button, it goes full auto, but if you nudge it, it just does a crack. I get inexplicably impatient at exactly the same thing myself, but this one is good about it.

A wise choice. I went back and ordered the passenger side kit when I realized how nice the lighted buttons are.

I ordered the full set for all four doors with the white light and they work awesome! The plastic pry tool that shipped with it was kinda flimsy but thankfully I had a better set I purchased off Amazon to pry off the panels. So much nicer now when I'm pulling out of a drive-thru and don't need to babysit the window back up all the way.
