    They are catching up. I have an Aug build bought in Sept. I just got mine programmed a couple of days ago. Never got notified. I called the parts department at the dealer and they said I was eligible.

    Purchased April 2023. First service they had the key, Feb 2024. I did not inquire at any point about the 2nd fob.

    Purchased my 2024 Limited Jan 13 2023…… received second key notice within one week (yeah I too thought it would be months). Local dealership programmed and provided second key Jan 30.

    Took my 2024 Tundra Limited in for some warranty work today and asked about my FOB. Service Advisor looked up VIN which showed that I had no request for 2nd FOB outstanding. He said it looks like I had two upon delivery! He put it on my work order and asked me to talk to my Sales Rep to provide a “We Owe” form to authorize it. Sales Rep said it is free from Toyota so no WO is needed. I got both together and said fix it! SA called Customer Service who said that I “the customer” has to call. Customer Service rep gave the run around and wanted to give a request to the “Resolution Team” and it would get resolved in 2-10 days. I asked her to connect with Service Advisor today while truck is in the shop since he is just waiting for authorization. She put me on hold, contacted Service Advisor who will take care of it. If this goes south, GM will take care of this. ½ hour phone call and runaround for Toyota’s paperwork error! But I’m glad that y’all posted, otherwise I’d be waiting for a letter or app notice that would never come! Definitely check with Service when you go in!

    Purchased my MY24 October 10, 2023. My Toyota app “told” me last week my FOB was ready.

    Appointment was today. Took 1/2 hour. When I got home, my “your fob is ready” letter from Toyota was in the mail box, lol.

    Question. Bought a Tundra last week and was told I'd get a recall letter for the second FOB. Should this show in my app as an outstanding recall? I see all is well in the app

    It SHOULD show up in your app and you SHOULD get a letter in the mail...I got neither, but will have it in my hand on Friday when I pick up my truck...see my comments above. "Trust, but verify..."

    When it's ready. You still have to call the dealer to have them order it when you get the notice.

    I took mine in for parts installation today and was surprised with a second key upon pickup. I noticed that the service bulletin actually says you can get your second key from any dealer. I don't remember that being the wording a few weeks ago on the app.

    9 months and still waiting! Bought my 2024 Tundra Platinum in November of 2023! Just at DeLuca Toyota for service and still nothing the service advisor said. Is this ridiculous or what?!! I’m in for a cracked driver seat controller shroud replacement - also a cheap rediculous issue with Toyota!!

    I bought the same truck around the same time and I received my letter a few weeks back, my local dealer ordered the key and I'm supposed to go in next week for programming.

    So roughly 2-3 weeks ago I received my letter from Toyota saying I was eligible for my second FOB (purchased truck November 2023), so I called my local dealer, they stated they would order the FOB and scheduled my appointment for two weeks later (yesterday) for programming. I took my truck in yesterday for the FOB, recall, and to have my camera issue fixed, when I picked up the truck nine hours later they tell me, "you're all set, we'll call you in a few weeks when your second FOB comes in so that you can come in for programming". I said "WTF, that's what you were supposed to do today, that was the whole point of the visit", he then proceeds to tell me they don't order the second FOB until you actually come in. I need to find a new dealer, these guys are the worst.
