As much as I hate the crap down here, it is paradise. I can’t stand the cold first of all and I make to much of a good living and a very good retirement, if the government doesn’t fubar it. But I am looking to retire at 58-59 and 99% sure I am out of Miami.

I will say for me, I personally haven’t driven one nor do I want to. Why? Because there is no way that a 23 is $10-11k better than my 20. To get what I have now in a new gen is that much. My dealer wants to buy my lease out early and get me in a new 23, for the low, low price of another $200-250 more a month. WTF are they smoking. Sorry but not worth it.

I think what gets often overlooked and definitely unappreciated with the 2.5 Gens is just how many groceries I can fit in this friggin thing.

I mean JUST LOOK AT IT!

I get where you are coming from, especially since you live in the flat lands of FL, but those that live in hilly country and tow most likely see it differently. I used to live in Dillon, CO (where the TFL Ike Gauntlet tow test starts) and used to drive every weekday over that stretch to Golden, CO for work. The 8 mile haul up to the Eisenhower tunnel is no joke. You start at 9000ft and wind up around 11,100ft at the tunnel. Having driven that stretch of road more times than I care to count, the Tundra pulling 8500# up that grade without even breaking a sweat is damn impressive, at least to me.

I like how he airbrushed out the yellow glow coming from the transmission.

I had a lesbian couple from California offer me stupid money for my house - not that it’s special but just how the market is. I love FL and it will always be home - my entire family still lives there, close friends, etc.

But I took the money and ran. I moved north and now I live like a king with land, get to experience snowfall, and can buy a new truck every year

I do miss the culture of “We don’t give a F” that FL says to the rest of the world though.

But you run out of payload before the folks at walmart finish loading and have to make a second trip.
