Another New Member from Tennessee

Took delivery of my new Tundra on Friday. Had to go to a Dealer was in South Carolina as there was no Dealer in East Tennessee that was any help in getting me what I wanted. A friggin thousand things to learn or set up! I got just enough training from the sales person to allow me to come home to Tennessee. This Tundra is not at all like my 09 Tacoma. I know I will have a lot to learn and set up.
Everything when OK at the dealer until I was asked to sign a sheet that amazingly showed a new interest rate on the loan. The had agreed earlier to match the rate I could get at a local bank. The sheet showed a rate 4-1/2 % higher than the Finance Manager had previously signed off on!
I told them to give me the agreed % rate or just give me the keys to my Tacoma I had driven there. They scrambled for 30 minutes and then came down to the rate.
I will not have to go back to that dealer as a Toyoda Dealer is 1/2 mile from my home.
Hope I can add something to this forum while taking information from other owners.

Niice ... one thing I don't like is games in the finance office after agreed deal.
