    First off...tow/haul mode kicks ass!

I had an idea about how to store my ammo in my shop.
I called an office furniture guy i know and asked about used fire proof file cabinets. I remembered he said he sold used ones back when i bought a new one for my paperworks. He has some in stock..used but cheap. 54"tall x 20"wide x 30"deep 4 drawer 1 hour rated at 1350 degrees and locking. Price $225 included a brand new lock! Not bad i says. So i went and picked one up today..they weigh close to 1000 lbs.! So i tried out tow/haul...not that i think it really needed it but just to try it and it rocks!
Just a heads up for safe secure and cheap ammo storage. For that price i will probably go get another one. Not bad for a cabinet that originally sold for $1800!

Right now everything is just sitting on shelfs. Good thing my neighbor has a bobcat. Gonna try to get it unloaded this weekend.

Try calling your local office furniture suppliers!

Nice! Good idea on the fire proof file cabinet. We have several at work and I've never one thought about using for ammo storage.

I know exactly what you mean. When I was in Anchorage, my boss bought two used fire proof file cabinets from a surplus store down the street for $200. Turns out they were cement lined and a "little" heavy. They used a fork lift to get them in his truck. It took four guys to unload them at our shop. (while I watched of course).

    Nothing major
That type of fireproof cabinet also makes a darn good office barricade if you need one as well.
