    Will a 16x8 wheel with 6x5.5(139.7mm) with a -6 offset fit my 2005 tundra sr5?

    Yes. That's a 4.25" backspacing.
Depending on how wide of a tire you put on, you may rub the pinchweld, but it's easy to fix with a hammer and a grinder.

Im keeping the 265/70/16 stock tire size I was just worried about the offset, but you're saying that everything will bolt up nicely?

Yep, you'll be absolutely fine with stock sized tires. The wheels will be pushed out a bit farther over stock, but it will work just fine.
