Aluminum Radiator Swap (Champion)

    I know they are transmission lines. On my truck they run to a smaller separate radiator, but I was hoping I could just tie straight into the radiator as shown in video.

    Is the smaller radiator that your lines run to in front of the radiator you just replaced, or do you have a third one? The small one in the video from a-1 auto is the oil cooler and the lines on the bottom of the big one are for cooling the trans fluid I believe. If that is the case you should be able to run the lines to the big radiator.

    (originally the trans cooler was between AC, and Big radiator. I put it in an easier spot to get to because i was running out of daylight, and this truck is my daily driver.)

    AC radiator in front.
    Trans in between ac and big radiator.
    Big radiator.

    I really do not like that we kinda rigged it, which is why I was asking if I could just tie trans lines into radiator.

    Oh ok, got ya. On my v8 they all tie into one another. Sorry no help from me. Hopefully someone can chime in and give you better insight.

    yep bank account is running low from it..
    I know this is an old post but how is that radiator actually holding up because mine is the original radiator I think a replacement is due.
