Which headlights are you referring to The Pro or Nova's? I can check. There was a group buy on the Nova's, 20% off.

I would be interested in this as well, but looking for the Pro. Nova is just too pricey for me.

The NOVA are pricey even with the 20% off. Here is a review of the NOVA on the Sequoia. Check out the high beam part at 4:25. https://youtu.be/_apJBHF9zTE My OCD would not like it.

I would consider the Pro but they only have 5% off right now, through Alpharex. The website is like $415 but on Amazon with Alpharex as a seller is only $351 so even with the 5%, it's not cheaper.

I don't see where this is a major problem. How much do you use your high beams. Also the guy said add led bulbs to your turn signals, well that's nice, but you better have resistors, which he doesn't mention. I will be installing mine in the near future, and will update on here

I've been debating over which color I wanted to go with for the housing and seeing yours, I know this is the color I'd like to go with. Can you tell me which one you got? Thanks!

Have you seen the high beam output shots of the Morimoto? I would hate to spend that much money to have such a disappointment in the high beam pattern.

From what I am getting at here you can buy the Alpharex pro series and still swap out the bulbs if I don't like the light that they are putting out?
(please correct me if I am wrong)

Hey all, brand new to Tundra and I have tried to do some research but am coming up with mixed info. I am running a 2010 Platinum and love the idea of the leveling feature, just as much as I love the idea of upgrading the headlights. At one point I read somewhere that with the Alpharex Pro's you can back out the level adjustment screw and put in your factory leveling motors and it will work. I did in fact purchase the Alpharex Pro's (with level adjuster), but am unclear if it is just a fitment thing... like buy this version or Pro's if you have this so the headlights will fit properly, or if that means your level adjusters will install and work in these housings? I did read through the listing on Alpharex's website multiple times to be sure I didn't miss it, but it never states whether your levelers will work or not.

FIY for those ordering HIDs, make sure you tell whoever you are buying them from that you need H7 bulbs and H11 ballast

Anyone with the Pro's, have you converted all of the Halogens to LED? I am currently working that out and wonder what kinds of issues or even successes people have had. I am working all upgrading all of my lighting to LED.

Installed my Alpharex Nova's. Pretty pumped. :D

Gotta check position of them to make any adjustments. Easy plug n play installation. Only wire i connected was to fuse tap.

Note: Aside from these particular headlights being 90% plug n play, I had issues with drls and the sequence activation on them. I know you have that option with the Pros. Well come to find out i cannot run my running lights with my drls :eek2:, so I figured out that was causing the problem. My previous retrofit i had my halos wired into ignition and they would run with my running lights. Learn something everyday :D

Cut offs are aligned, but we need to know the distance. If you haven't, you need to measure the middle height of your physical headlights (ground up to middle). Transfer measurements to the wall. Then back up 30 ft. Align your cut off to said marks.

It's pretty crazy that out of 13 pages, this is the first time this is mentioned. I ordered the Headlight Revolution S-V.4 H7 LED's (I have Alpharex headlights in transit that will be here Wednesday) per this forum's instructions, and I got the LED's in today and can already see the harness is going to be a problem. Would Headlight Revolution do an exchange on just the ballasts? With this being such a seemingly popular mod, I'm surprised that nobody ever mentioned this very important detail when they said "You need the H7 kit for Alpharex headlights."

I was surprised too. At least with LEDs you can just change out the plastic piece that goes into the headlight. Meaning you would need to order H11 plug and tell the vendor to send the plastic fitting for the H7 bulb. I hope that makes sense

I ordered an adapter from Amazon that has the male H7 end, but it has the same H11 end as the factory wiring, so I'm just going to cut off the factory plug and wire it in clean, and use the H7 end to plug into the Headlight Revolution ballasts. If I ever want to put it back to "stock" I'll just hang on to the plug for the future.
