The Tundras from factory have a slightly raked stance. Most people get the 5100s to level out their truck (1”-2” lift in the front). These would not work for you since it sounds like you want a 6” lift. I can’t help you there. You might want to post to the suspension section.

I thought about starting a thread to ask this question, but it’s related to this one and I think there’s enough people in here with shared wisdom to help me out.

Am I correct that the middle setting will level me and offer the most comfortable ride?
What is best for rear if I want to re-rake the truck?
Think budget friendly since I’m poor. Lol.

    Thanks.

From what I have seen and read, the middle setting will still have a very slight rake (can be fixed with shims). That’s what I will be doing but no shims for now. All the ‘top setting’ pictures I’ve seen look a little nose high and I don’t want that. Especially if I ever need to tow or haul something heavy in the bed.

If you wanted to add lift to the rear, you will need an Add-A-Leaf, shackles, or blocks. I am by no means an expert so I’m sure someone with more experience will chime in.

If you want to leave about 1" of rake, you could go on the bottom setting, which will give you the best ride and leave the rear alone. Middle setting will be real close to level.

So today I called Amazon. I had received my 2 sets but not my refund for the difference yet. Long story and 45 minutes short they tried to do the same thing as 4wheelonline.

Amazon- Sir you were made a false promises and we cannot do that.

Me-So you are telling me YOUR employee had me float $745 for you to not follow through? You realize you are doing the same thing the company you banned did correct?

In the end they are having the shocks picked up from my house and credited $100 to my account. I however did not get the credit until I ended the conversation with transfer me to where I can cancel my membership. That quickly brought resolve and I was serious.

Needless to say this did not play out how one might have hoped and Im disappointed that I cannot hook the OP up or my other buyer but sometimes such as life.

At least most everyone got some free Amazon money! :kona:

But for those of us that didn’t get shocks and can’t afford them, what’s the safest option to level? :help:
AutoZone has poly coil spacers for around $6, I think. :notsure:
I could pull the fronts off and stretch the coils, then heat/cool them so they stay.

    I just don’t know.

I'll sell you my lowrange off-road 3/1 lift kit for $200. It is brand new in box. Hasn't even been taken out. You are the only person I'll sell it to at that price. It's $299 +shipping from them new.

Out of curiosity, if you look at the tracking details, how heavy does it say your package was?

They never gave me a link to track via ups or anything. All it said was shipped with freight.

I did get the refund email from Amazon
