    Got My Refund Email at 1:00 AM... my Gasket just arrived via UPS LOL....

    I understand people and Companies make mistakes but Agree that it was handled totally inappropriately... so Flame AWAY...

    My Debit card refund may not be available for up to 10 days.... anyone want to let me keep their $ in my bank account for 10 days ? I don't think I will find any one that will.....

    Ok.. my rant is done...and I would NEVER purchase anything from them again...EVER!!!

    For me it was the lack of communication. I get it, you listed listed the wrong price for a product. Explain the situation, cancel and refund. Easy as that. I think most people would have been fine with that. What pushed me over the edge is the fact that the GM of 4 Wheel Online decided to join in on the fun and blame Amazon for their mistake. Also, saying that Amazon sets the prices and you just fulfill the orders, but then you don't know why orders are being fulfilled with random items? That's great management right there. :facepalm:

    I could even understand if people were getting sent the same random item (which would indicate there was a mix up in ASIN). That is not the case and seems like a deliberate and conscious decision to deceive Amazon and their consumers. They might have had less fallout if the situation was explained, canceled orders, refunded, then took whatever consequences Amazon decided to give.

    As of right now, I still have not received an explanation from 4 Wheel Online. If I wasn't part of this community, I would have no clue as to why my item is marked as "Shipped" but was also marked as refunded with the reason of "Customer Return". I have not received my package or initiated a return. Then, upon receiving the package, I would have been pissed because I got a gasket, or washer, or a name plate, or a piece of wire. I would have definitely called Amazon because I guarantee the refund hasn't cleared. Now I'm stuck with a worthless part not knowing whether I will get my money back or if I have to take time out of my day to send this junk back. All of this could have been avoided if I was made aware of the situation.

    Ok they told me since it was a third party seller Amazon cannot force them to honor the advertised price and the vendor due to all the complaints was removed as an Amazon seller and to discard the item I recieved

    Curious about the same thing. As the customer, I did not initiate a return or refund. My random item has not been delivered yet. I could be getting titanium 5100's filled with helium since the shipping weight is 0.10 lbs.

    The GM should have created an account and formally apologized for the incident. It would probably have helped to have done it before the first random package was received too lol!

    After apologizing, maybe create a vendor account and actually offer something to the community as far as input, experience, items for sale, reviews in items, maybe even discounts, etc like all the other vendors do.

    I do feel sorry for the people not on here or the Tundra Facebook groups that do not understand at all what happened!

    Got emails for both orders to be refunded. Got the B.S. "Customer return" as well.

    Which is why they sent crap items. What they should have done, in my opinion, is ship out 10% off coupons instead of the product or crap items. Then they are happy that they didn't have to cancel and we are happy because we got a discount for a future item. I'm not really upset with them about this. I just think there was a lot of different ways to handle it instead of getting people's hopes up. A mass email would have solved a lot of problems. I am a very reasonable person and if they would have said "hey sorry that was a typo and we don't want to cancel 8000 orders and throw up a red flag on Amazon can you please cancel and we will send you a 5-10% coupon" or maybe just the email with the truth and no coupon I would have completely understood. Then to come here and try to lie to us didn't look good either.
