All four Bilstein 5100s for $117???!!!

If this is actually a scam the seller obviously waited until the meechant/card processing went through, then sent out some packages just to buy some more time. Amazon should have flagged this with all the orders and stopped it, so now it'll be issuing a lot of refunds. ..

 

How do you think this all went down?

Sales to Warehouse: Yeah, just throw random stuff in there, they'll return it. No seriously. Don't put the 5100's in there.

 

Now they have to return and send what was ordered. They should never have fulfilled the order as at this point they are playing games and that pisses me off because I have to ship the crap back. Waste my time and it's a different story than if they had just cancelled

When our shipper guy at work generates a shipping label he has a scale to weigh what is being shipped and enters the "actual" weight to finalize shipping label. Some things are really too good to be true.

 

Mine shipped and says 1lb as well. Should we contact the seller to confirm the item that they shipped?

 

Yea pretty annoyed about it as well. Would have rather them just cancel the order then have to ship the stuff back.

Oh well, not to worried just gonna contact Amazon to get my money back if all fails. I didn’t expect it to even happen, just hoping.

 

Perhaps this was a way for them to avoid punishment by Amazon for canceling orders. Looks like I received a small envelope as well that matches the tracking number provided for the Billy's. Oddly enough, they never charged my credit card. Now they can just say whoops, wrong item shipped, and we didn't charge the customer, product no longer available.

 

Now I am watching this thread to see what happens..... Who gets the most odd ball item?

 

And I will post all of that to Amazon

 

And that’s y I make all my online purchases with a credit card not a debit card...easier to get mistakes fixed with credit card than actual debit card

So I just talked to the web designer and he said yes it was a listing error but couldn't tell me much because the people in that department are gone for the day

 

Takes me to a new seller for $357, which isn't a bad price, though not worth the upgrade time.

 

I've been on hold for 10 minutes

 

@Justin.TX I just don’t understand that if it was a listing error than y ship out the wrong product anyways, wasting money on postage

 

I don't know. Just passing the word along that he told me. He just stayed late to catch up on work and I bet he is regretting that right about now

 

Someone answered and immediately told me Amazon team is out so I asked what time they open tomorrow. 9am. I will call then. I think multiple people should but that's your all's decision. They are making us spend the time to coordinate returning this stuff so they should have to spend their time answering a butt ton of calls
