Just took my truck in to get the alignment done. The guy tells me the rear passenger side bolt has seized up and needs to be cut off. They can’t get a new bolt from Toyota until tomorrow. Have any of you had this kind of issue before?

It's not common, but it does happen if gunk gets in there

The shop was indirectly trying to say I tightened up the cam side instead of the nut side and that’s why it got galled. I know better and they took the hit for $27 adjustment bolt. The bolt had to be cut off. Worked out ok in the end.

The dude said it was common on Toyota which I wasn’t falling for. You could almost eat off of any part on my truck before the build...

When I installed my lift kit on my 2014 with only 7500 miles on it the dr side rear felt like it was cross threaded when it was installed. The threads were all tore up when I finally got the nut off. I could not get the nut to move with my impact gun. I had to remove it with a breaker bar. I had no problem with the other ones.
