I have a 16 Crewmax SR5 with stock wheels. I have put on the 5100 rears and plan to do the same with the front this weekend. I have searched till I am blue in the face with info. What is the optimal setting for my alignment. I will be putting the fronts at mid level and again stock rims and tire size. The alignment shop ask what settings I would like other than stock as it is lifting the truck. Thank you very much in advance!

Your allignment shop should be able to recommend what is ideal. In general you want to maximize caster, whilst keeping camber in spec. More caster = more tendency to return to center, and less "floaty" sensations at highway speeds. Again a good allignment tech should know this.

Here's my recent allignment on my 2018 Tundra as an example. This was right after I installed Fox TRD Pro takeoffs and an Icon AAL. Truck drives excellent with this allignment.

    Hey, that's my post
I've used these numbers on all my Tundras, lifted or not. Very happy with the feel.

I don't think exact specs matter that much. Observe tire wear and handling. If you are happy then alignment is good enough.

A tiny bit of toe in and camber near zero. Caster increase as needed for handling and/or tire clearance.

I have DIY it on a few trucks over the years. Any measurements I do may or may not be accurate. Takes me longer than a shop to do it but after 2 shops let me drive off with loose cam bolts, the extra time and not having a computer print out is OK with me.

Been using these for 6 years and can also attest to their goodness. Finding someone to actually get the caster set is the hardest part of it, but love that the original source thread turned into an alignment shop thread.
