    Hola Amigos.

I just had a buddy's ARB air hose blow out on them on the trail; second time they've used it. Best guess says they failed to ensure the protective black boot was secure at the end and when things heated up, it melted right at the fitting. But who knows.

In any event, that got me thinking... easy mistake to make and/or the ARB just sucks. What do ya'll use that might be considered an upgrade to the ARB?

    Thanks!

Had the same thing happen to me today as well. Not an ARB hose but a hose rated to 250psi and it blew off at the crimp. I think things just get too hot at the couplers.

The solution I'm going to go with is an air tank set up fed by a hard connection from the ARB twin.

A tank is ideal but you must route a temp rated line to the tank like this 20180825_162541.jpg and make sure it will not burn into anything. Possibly a line 6" to 1' similar to this Screenshot_20191021-084843_Google.jpg before the rubber air line would be the cheep Finnlander way and also be cautious of placement. :bananadead:
