Has anyone ever had a problem with the air conditioner control panel lights not working on a 2016 tundra SR5 crewmax? If so does anyone know what the fix is?

Bought the truck new 4 years ago. Put a pioneer double din radio in the same day I bought it. This problem just occurred this past weekend. I’ll check the fuse inside the truck next to the e brake . Thank you John.

I assumed all of the fuses were under the hood.

But! Why did the fuse blow in the first place? How do you like that pioneer radio?

Don’t know why it blew. It blew the new one this morning. I’m going to have to dig a little deeper to figure out what’s causing it to blow. Love the pioneer radio.

Need to check all plugs/connectors for any that are loose, I have blown a lot of fuses for the power outlets when I had plugs that were loose fitting when plugged in. A lot of people complain about the stock entune radio, but I think it sounds ok for me and when out camping I open the doors and crank up the radio and it sounds great!

I’m going to do that this weekend when I have some time off. I’m hoping that that’s all that is wrong and it’s a easy fix. I’ll let you know what I find.

Did you ever figure out what the problem is? I just got a 2014 SR5 Crewmax and am experiencing the same thing. The interior fuse labeled "panel" was blown. I replaced it, and it immediately blew again. Stock radio, and my radio won't dim when the headlights are on.

No I have never figured it out. Can’t find the problem I’ve searched and checked everything. Keeps blowing the fuse .

Do you by chance have an aftermarket trailer brake controller?

    No I don’t. I have a factory brake controller.
